Find places to seeThe Pincio gardens sit above Piazza del Popolo, near Flaminio metro. The Borghese Gallery is on the other side of the park, at Piazzale Scipione Borghese, 5.
There are several entrances. Use walking directions to your first stop to choose an approach that suits you.
Start at the PincioOur shorter walks take about 35–45 minutes, including brief stops. A longer wander through the park can take around 90 minutes. Add museum time separately.
Choose a self-guided walkWear shoes comfortable on gravel and uneven paving. Bring water and sun protection, especially in warmer weather. Daylight makes the busts easier to find and their inscriptions easier to read.
Garden entrances and access can change for maintenance or events. Follow signs and closures on site.
Some approaches to the Pincio have steps and slopes. The park also has gravel and uneven paths. Our suggested walks have not been audited as step-free routes.

Gallery visitor informationThe Borghese Gallery requires a timed reservation. It is normally open Tuesday to Sunday. Compare entry tickets or choose a guided tour, then build your park walk around that time.
